Quotes
All quotations provided by Markos Driving School remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Account Terms
- This page reflects the most current version of our Terms of Service.
- Accounts must be registered by a human; accounts created by automated methods or bots will be removed.
- You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
- By registering with us, you consent to receive booking reminders, important service updates, and occasional promotional messages via phone, SMS, or email. You may opt out of marketing at any time.
- Submitting false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Markos Driving School is not liable for any loss or damage due to compromised account security.

Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will result in the full fee being forfeited.
- Cancelled bookings do not automatically qualify for a refund. Any eligible balance may be credited to your account for future use.
Refund Policy
- Either party may terminate services at any time.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have already commenced or are completed.
- Prepaid amounts for unused services may be refunded at the discretion of Markos Driving School.
Pricing & Service Changes
- Markos Driving School reserves the right to alter or discontinue any service, pricing, or feature, temporarily or permanently, without notice.
- We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of services.
Vouchers
- Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers may be transferred to another client upon request.
- All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Payments & Security
- All fees are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Payment transactions are securely processed using SSL encryption and via trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
General Conditions
- Use of this website is at your own risk. It is provided “as is” and “as available”.
